STEP 1 | SAUTE

Heat a saucepan over medium flame. Melt butter. Add onion and garlic and saute it for 7 to 9 minutes. Add flour and chilli powder to it and stir for 2 minutes.

STEP 2 | BOIL

Gradually stir in the broth and chopped pear. Boil for about 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

STEP 3 | SERVE

Once it cools down, blend it using a hand blender. Add cheese and pepper and cook over low flame for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve it hot!
