Directions

STEP 1 | MIXTURE

Mix the mashed potatoes, red chilli flakes, pepper, salt and 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Mix cornstarch, flour and water in a small bowl to make a medium-thick paste.

STEP 2 | ROLL

Cut the cheese into small cubes and wrap each one with the mixture giving it a round shape. Roll each ball in bread crumbs, dip it into the flour mix, and roll it again in the breadcrumbs.

STEP 3 | FRY AND SERVE

Heat the oil at medium flame and deep fry the balls until it turns golden brown. Serve it hot and enjoy!
