Directions

STEP 1 | HEAT

Heat a saucepan over medium flame. Melt butter and add flour, pepper and masala powder.

STEP 2 | BOIL

Gradually stir in broth and cream. Once it is boiled add mushrooms and garlic. Reduce the flame and simmer it for 5 to 6 minutes.

STEP 3 | SERVE

Add cheese and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. Serve it hot!
