STEP 1 | ADD

Take a bowl and add mix millets, ragi flakes and puffed rice flakes. Furthermore, add roasted peanuts along with amaranth and brown rice namkeen. Sprinkle some chat masala and black sesame on top of it.

STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE

Add potatoes, tomatoes, onions, lime juice and green chillies into the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well.

STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE

Also, add some moringa powder and green chutney to take this recipe to the next level. Mix all the ingredients well.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and serve. Enjoy the classic Bhel Puri with a gourmet twist.
