STEP 1 | SOAK
Soak the soya in warm water for half-hour. After half hour, rinse it four times so that it becomes soft. Furthermore, cut the boiled zucchini into 2 halves along the spine and scoop out some of the insides.
STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE
In some oil, saute the ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE
Add the soya granules along with the spices, coriander leaves and stir-fry quickly till it is cooked. Finish with lime juice and coriander leaves.
STEP 4 | SERVE
Furthermore, take the soya mixture, fill it in the zucchini boat, and bake inside the oven on a greased tray for 5 minutes till it is crispy. Serve.
