STEP 1 | ADD
Take a bowl and add the grated beetroot, tofu, garlic, amchoor, chaat masala, rock salt and anardana. Furthermore, mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE
Mince & make round patties and insert the chopped cashews as a filling. Make the kebabs patties as round as possible.
STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE
Coat the patties with crushed oat powder. In a flat pan heat the oil and fry lightly.
STEP 4 | SERVE
Lastly, serve with a dollop of green chutney.
