Directions

STEP 1 | PREPARE

Wash the potatoes and slice them evenly. Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes and dry them.

STEP 2 | FRY

Heat the oil and fry the sliced potatoes for 3 minutes. Take it out and cool it. Fry it again for another 5 minutes.

STEP 3 | SERVE

Sprinkle it with salt and pepper and serve it hot!
