STEP 1 | OATS
Soak the oats in water for about 40 minutes. Furthermore, grind the soaked oats along with all the other ingredients and salt. Add water to the batter if desired.
STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE
The batter should be of pouring consistency. Furthermore, add 2-3 drops of oil to a non-stick pan. Heat the oil and keep the mixture ready.
STEP 3 | BATTER
Pour the batter to make a pancake about 1/4 inch thick. Cook the batter on both sides till it appears medium brown.
STEP 4 | SERVE
Serve hot with chutney/curd for a delicious breakfast experience.
