Directions
STEP 1 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Whisk in the eggs and milk.
STEP 2 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE
Mix until smooth batter forms. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and brush with melted butter.
STEP 3 | COOK
Pour small-medium size pancake mixture in the pan. When bubbles form on the top, flip over to cook the other side. Repeat till all the mixture has been used.
STEP 4 | SERVE
Serve with maple syrup or strawberry syrup. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
