Directions

STEP 1 | WHISK

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.

STEP 2 | SOAK

Place 2 bread slices in the egg mixture and let soak for 2 minutes. Flip and soak for 40 seconds more.

STEP 3 | COOK

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan on medium-low. Once melted, add soaked bread and cook until golden brown, 2 – 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Repeat with remaining butter and bread. Serve topped with yoghurt, berries and syrup.
