Directions

STEP 1 | CRUST

Mix the melted butter and cookies. Evenly line the base of the baking pan with this mixture.

STEP 2 | MIXTURE

Take cheese, cornflour and sugar in a bowl and beat it. Once it becomes creamy, add the eggs one by one. Stir in vanilla essence, melted chocolate and cream. Beat it well.

STEP 3 | BAKE

Pour the batter over the crust and bake it at 180°C for 10 minutes. Reduce it to 100°C and bake it for 2 hours.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Once it cools down, refrigerate it overnight.
