Directions

STEP 1 | CRUSH

Crush the biscuits into a crumble consistency, add the melted butter & mix well. Transfer the mix into a baking pan & place the prunes over this base.

STEP 2 | STIR

In a large bowl, add the cream cheese & whip it into a soft paste. Furthermore, add in the corn starch, egg, double cream & coffee while continuously stirring.

STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE

Pour this mix over the biscuit & prune base. Furthermore, bake for 40 minutes at 160°C.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Let the cheesecake cool and cut it into wedges. Lastly, serve and enjoy.
