Directions

STEP 1 | WHISK

Whisk flour, cornmeal, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

STEP 2 | MIXTURE

In another bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla until blended and add it to the flour mixture. Set it aside for 15 minutes.

STEP 3 | COOK

Lightly grease a griddle or skillet and heat it. Stir blueberries into the batter. Pour the batter by 1/4 cup. Cook until bubble pop on top and bottom turns golden brown. Turn it and cook. 

STEP 4 | SERVE

Serve it with honey and enjoy!
