STEP 1 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE

Beat sugar, jaggery, cocoa, oil, eggs and milk in a bowl. Mix in the combined flour, salt and baking powder. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.

STEP 2 | BAKE

Spoon 2/3 of the batter into the pan and bake it at 350° for 12 minutes.

STEP 3 | PREPARE THE CARAMEL LAYER

Heat the caramel and condensed milk at low heat and pour it over the baked brownie layer. Scrape the remaining batter over the caramel layer.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Bake it for 35-40 minutes. Cool it and enjoy!
