STEP 1 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE

Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease the baking sheet. Set aside. In a pan, add melted butter, jaggery, sugar, vanilla and whisk to combine.

STEP 2 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE

Mix in flour, ginger, cinnamon powder, baking soda and salt. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and stir to combine into a dough. Use a spoon to make 9 to 10 equal portions of the dough and place them 1.5 inches apart on the baking sheet.

STEP 3 | BAKE

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes till edges are golden brown. Let the cookies cool.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Serve alongside ice cream. Enjoy!
