STEP 1 | PREPARE

Take 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl. Sprinkle gelatine on top and leave for 5 minutes.

STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE

Heat pan on low flame and add milk and jaggery. After jaggery has dissolved, add the gelatine and cinnamon powder. Stir and cook for about 5-6 minutes.

STEP 3 | COOL THE MIXTURE

Cool down the mixture. Strain and pour into pudding moulds. Refrigerate overnight.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Demould chilled Panna Cotta onto a dessert plate. Drizzle strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries on top. Serve!
