Directions

STEP 1 | MARINATE

Marinate the chicken with some crushed pepper, turmeric powder and salt. Keep the chicken aside for 1 hour.

STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE

In a wok, add 2 teaspoon cooking oil, chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes. Add sliced green chilli, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste, Stir for about a minute.

STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE

Furthermore, add the marinated chicken and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Serve hot with bread or rice.
