STEP 1 | ROAST SALMON
In a baking tray, place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet. Drizzle salt and pepper on the salmon and roast the salmon until it is well cooked. (15 minutes)
STEP 2 | COOK PASTA
In a bowl, add the Pappardelle pasta with salted water and boil the water. Cook the pasta and drain the water.
STEP 3 | PREPARE THE CREAM MIXTURE
In a pan, heat the oil. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves and stir for 1 minute. Now, add the fresh lemon juice and vegetable broth and bring the mixture to simmer. Furthermore, reduce the heat and add the heavy cream, freshly grated parmesan cheese and combine well. Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes and add salt accordingly.
STEP 4 | SERVE
Lastly, add the cooked Pappardelle pasta into the cream mixture and combine well. Make sure the sauce is thick and combined well with the pasta. Take the roasted salmon chunks and add them to the pasta. Mix well. Moreover, add spinach for an even healthier experience. Serve and Enjoy.
