STEP 1 | PREPARE THE PAN

In a pan, heat the olive oil and add chopped garlic, onions. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Furthermore, add the minced chicken to the pan. Mix the meat, onions and garlic well. Now add red pepper.

STEP 2 | COOK THE MEAT

After adding the red pepper, cook the minced meat until it turns brown. Also, add the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree to the meat. Mix it well.

STEP 3 | FINISH THE BOLOGNESE

Add some thyme, oregano, salt and pepper to the mixture. Mix the meat well with the ingredients. Next, add a cup of red wine into the meat pan and mix all the ingredients well. Cover the mixture and let it cook for 15 minutes.

STEP 4 | COOK THE SPAGHETTI AND SERVE

Furthermore, in a bowl, add the spaghetti and water. Cook the spaghetti until the water is boiled. Lastly, pour the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Grate some cheese over the sauce and spaghetti. Serve and enjoy the meal.
