Directions

STEP 1 | HEAT

In a large pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil.

STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE

Add shrimp, lemon slices, garlic, red chilli powder, salt, pepper.

STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE

Cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque. It will take about 4 minutes per side. Furthermore, keep stirring occasionally. 

STEP 4 | SERVE

Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and white wine or water. Lastly, garnish with parsley. Serve.
