Directions
STEP 1 | ADD
In a pan add 2 tsp butter with 1 1/2 cups cream. Furthermore, add thyme, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let the cream reduce a little.
STEP 2 | REDUCE
Add the sliced potatoes and 4 tbsp cheese into the pan. Then again let the cream reduce further.
STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE
Transfer the creamy potatoes to a greased baking dish. Furthermore, add the remaining cheese and butter on top of the creamy potatoes.
STEP 4 | SERVE
Bake the creamy potatoes over medium heat till the cheese melts and the dish golden brown. Lastly, serve hot, creamy and cheesy Pommes gratin, and enjoy the weekend.
