Directions

STEP 1 | CUT

Cut the fresh pumpkin into 4 cm cubes. Then cut red onions into 3 cm and grind the garlic.

STEP 2 | PREPARE THE MIXTURE

Take the above ingredients in a saucepot with olive oil and sauté at medium heat for 10 minutes. Make vegetable stock and stain it then add it in the saucepot.

STEP 3 | FINALIZE THE MIXTURE

Let it simmer for 30 minutes with closed lid. Then remove the lid and simmer for another 12 minutes. Remove from heat and add fresh mint leaves.

STEP 4 | SERVE

Use the hand blender to blend all the ingredients which are cooked. Season. Serve.
