How will I receive the order?

Once you have placed the order and we have received the confirmation of payment, we will process the dispatch of your order. Our standard dispatch time is 2-3 working days. We do not ship any orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Our dedicated team needs days off too!

In case of partner products, the products are directly shipped by their respective e-commerce partners. We assure timely delivery of all the products from our partners within 7 working days at the latest.

In case of Gustus Market products in the form of gifts or subscriptions, the order is dispatched within 2 working days and delivered to your address within 7 days from the date of order.

How can I cancel my order?

Once the order is placed, the order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched. We usually take 2-3 working days to dispatch your orders. If you need to cancel the order before it is dispatched, please get in touch with us immediately via e-mail and we will take care of it.

How can I return the order?

Once the order is received, the return can only be processed in the following conditions –

  1. The products received with the order were damaged or broken.
  2. The products received with the order were past the expiry date. (We always make sure that the product you receive comes with the maximum possible shelf life. Please always refer to the shelf life in the product description before placing the order.)
  3. The products received with the order were completely different products than advertised on the website in the form of images or information.
  4. Write to our team – info@gustusmarket.eu within 24 hours and we will look into it

The order will then be refunded to your account or through a link in your registered email, within 5-7 working days once we have confirmed the eligibility for return.

How can I get a refund?

We do not process any refunds directly. The refunds will only be processed if your order is eligible for a return.  In that case please check – How can I return my order?

Refund Policy

We have measures in place to make sure that the product that is dispatched reaches the address in perfect condition with the maximum possible shelf life. But due to some unforeseen circumstances, if the the product arrives in a broken state or with damage of any kind, you may contact us to process the refunds. You can write us at info@gustusmarket.eu or contact us through our social media channels with proof of damages. The request has to be sent within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Refunds will only be processed if the products are damaged.

In case of receiving the wrong order, you can contact us to process the refund and we can provide the store credit (Spoons) which you can use to spend within 6 months from the processing of the refund.

Cancellation Policy

All our orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from the completion of payment. After completion of payment, the cancellation can only be processed within 2 days of the placement of order. We cannot cancel the order once it is dispatched. Please refer to returns or refund policy in that case

Returns Policy

We do not accept any returns unless in the case of following –

  1. The product ordered was damaged on receipt of delivery
  2. Wrong product was received, which was completely different from the product seen on the website
  3. The product was expired. (We do not send out any products that are past the expiry date, if the products have a short shelf life, all the details are mentioned in the product description, so please make sure before making the purchase)

In case of the above, please contact us at info@gustusmarket.eu immediately upon the receipt of order with acceptable proof of the above. It will be addressed immediately and we will dispatch a proper replacement within the 2-3 working days.
